During a weekly inspection of your fleet the following will be checked and you will be advised on areas/items that need to be attended to:
? Inspect all hydraulic cylinders for leaks and ram damage
? Inspect hydraulic piping for leaks and loose mounting clips
? Inspect the pins and bushes for excessive wear
? Inspect the guides and slides for excessive wear
? Inspect the PTO and pump for possible damage and leaks
? Inspect the load body for cracks and other damage
? Inspect the tailgate for damage and possible excessive wear of the hopper floor and sweeper blade
? Measure the cycle times
? Stabiliser operation on cherry pickers and truck mounted cranes
? Cherry picker structure, validity of safety certificate
